The Assignment : Color Correction

Late February 2011, I began color correcting the feature film The Assignment. The film, shot on the Panavision Genesis, was delivered as an assembled project in Final Cut Pro in 1080p23.98 ProResHQ. I am doing all correction in Apple’s Color and, after rendering is complete, will return to FCP for the final assembly.

This is my first job as a colorist on a feature so I’m not as fast most, but so far the results are wonderful!

The Assignment is due out on DVD / digital distribution Fall 2011.
